Mark Bloschock is a proud fourth-generation Texan. He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has been a Texas Professional Engineer since 1983. A licensed real estate agent in his first year of service, he brings to clients his detailed-oriented ability to envision residential and commercial properties from a paper napkin sketch through plans to reality and on to a long service life.
Mark has called Horseshoe Bay home since 2012 where he serves the community through his prior service on the Planning and Zoning Commission and his current service on the Transportation Advisory Committee. His work skills and experience in the public sector and in engineering consulting and his genuine enthusiasm for real estate meld together in Horseshoe Bay where he looks forward to providing clients with a high level of service through the home buying or selling process.
