With roots in San Antonio, Jeramy McMahon grew up living on the golf course at Oak Hills Country Club and a weekend home on Lake LBJ. Being spoiled with wide open water, he immediately fell in love with the lake and surrounding areas. From that moment forward he always kept a goal to work hard so one day he could move to Horseshoe Bay full time, continue his real estate passion, and the lifestyle he is so grateful to have experienced at a younger age. That experience gives him the knowledge to truly understand his clients needs in all aspects of living in or around Horseshoe Bay.
Over the last 20 years Jeramy has been actively licensed, mainly concentrating on commercial brokerage, leasing, management, and development. Throughout his career he has been involved in over 5.5mm SF in transactions, 1.4mm SF of developed and managed assets, representing over $125mm in value.
Jeramy is passionately focused on all aspects of real estate and consistently perpetuating high level relationships with his clients and within the real estate community. His tenacity, entrepreneurial instinct, and ability to think outside the box have made him a successful leader in the industry.
