Iris holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics/Statistics and uses her expertise for real estate analysis. In the 1990’s she followed her husband’s career and traveled the world from Europe to the Middle East and the Far East with her four boys in tow. She understands the challenges of moving, especially with children. Her boys are grown, out of the house, working in technology fields and keeping her up to date with the latest trends.
Now an empty nester, she is available 24/7. Clients appreciate Iris for her calm nature and dependability. She learned handy work (plumbing, electrical, etc.) from her father and often manages the contracting needs for her customers.
Homebuyers can always rely on her to be up to date and informed. Her daily routine includes a review of market trends, coming soon pocket listings, and the latest listings. Iris always goes the extra mile for her customers and often surprises them by taking care of the many small details.
